about Life Is Bliss

These posts are dedicated to my children. I originally started sending them little reports, to keep them up to date when I was away for a while.

These reports grew into articles, with anecdotes and photographs etc and I started sending them to others too. Finally, I decided it would be much easier to create a website, where I could post my ‘adventures’, to be read by anyone who is interested.

I published my first introductory post on the 20th of January, and I intend to publish my previously written ‘reports’ and ‘articles’ as and when I have time, interspersed with new ones of course.

“Life is bliss” is a favorite saying of Maharishi Mahesh Yogi (founder of Transcendental Meditation). Bliss (sometimes called nirvana) is something I have been experiencing daily in my meditation, ever since I learned Transcendental Meditation in 1976. With time, the experience of bliss grew outside meditation too, even when things get ‘rough’. I often think that the more life throws at me, the more I experience the never-changing silence in everything. This has been a constant anchor in my life.

May Bliss be with you
